Enjoy the luxury of a private pool, complete with a basketball hoop for endless fun. Make the most of the Florida sunshine with the heated system, relax on sun loungers, or dine al fresco by the pool. The outdoor dining area offers a picturesque view of the lake, perfect for BBQ parties. Also featuring, an on-site game room and cinema room provide entertainment options for all ages, fostering family bonding and enjoyable downtime. The villa also includes in-unit laundry facilities and free WiFi internet.
PARKING: THREE (3) vehicles will be assigned parking passes.

🎯Extra charge if you’d like to use:
👉BBQ grill cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
👉 Heated pool: $45 per day for the entire stay if booked in advance (at least 48 hours before stay), or $50 per day if booked during the stay (4 days minimum).
👉 Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon room availability with a fee of $50 per hour. Guests are requested to notify management of their intended timing.
👉 Additional Guest Charges: Beyond 14 guests, there’s a fee of $25 per person per night for each additional guest.
