❤️ENTRANCE
The entrance is separate, spacious, and clean, and the special thing that cannot be ignored is the coolness and freshness of green trees on both sides of the entrance. The entrance of the houses in the Solterra resort is not much to say as you can have a better experience than I can say.

PARKING: You can park in front of the house:

There is parking space for 2 vehicles and additional parking at clubhouse pool area

❤️LIVING ROOM:
First, go to the living room with a super large sofa made of leather material with a main brown tone and a smart TV. In addition to being equipped with pillows, soft foot mats, and two textured armchairs, Unique is also great to give you a new feeling. Besides, from the living room you can look outside through the large glass door which means that this place gets natural sunlight from the outside and you can rest assured that they are still equipped with discreet curtains if you need. Living room is where you can enjoy leisure time and relax. Gather here with your family, friends or loved ones, enjoy some snacks and watch movies, lovely talk.

🎯Extra charge if you’d like to use:
👉 you have to pay fee to use the amenities in the clubhouse. It is about $35/ 12 people at the clubhouse
👉BBQ grill cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
👉 Heated pool: $45 per day for the entire stay if booked in advance (at least 48 hours before stay), or $50 per day if booked during the stay (4 days minimum).
👉 Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon room availability with a fee of $50 per hour. Guests are requested to notify management of their intended timing.
👉 Additional Guest Charges: Beyond 14 guests, there’s a fee of $25 per person per night for each additional guest.
