You’re 0.03 miles from North Spring Lake, under 5 miles from Charlotte Sports Park (spring training!), and a 20-minute drive from Gulf beaches including Englewood and Boca Grande. Café Creole and Sweet’s Diner are under half a mile away.
Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 20 minutes out — one of the easiest fly-ins in Southwest Florida.
