Livingroom
Spacious living room with a soft leather sofa and you will be spoiled with a large Smart TVs. The main color of this place is gray and white, plus the light is designed to create a warm space like being in your own home. You can sit on the spacious, comfy couch and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV over WiFi for free or watch movies on our flat-screen HDTV. There are some pillows on the sofa. In addition, another luxurious and modern lounge upstairs. There is a workspace corner for you to have a private and quiet working space. The room has natural light from 2 large windows, and a soft leather sofa set. There is a flat-screen TV and lights to make the room fancier.

Bedroom
Beautiful house with 7 fully stylish bedrooms suitable for families with children or a large group of friends. On the first floor, a master bedroom with all necessary equipment, ensuite. The window lets in natural light, providing an excellent resting space after a tiring day of activities. Along the stairs to the second floor, you will find 2 king beds with large beds, gray and white tones give you a fresh and modern feeling. Next is the queen bed which also has a large bed, and windows to receive natural light and the remaining 2 bedrooms are suitable for children. 1 room with a twin bed in war star style, 1 room with a bunk bed in cartoon style. All bedrooms come with their own TV, and free Wi-Fi internet. All linens and towels are provided

Kitchen/dining room:
The open-plan kitchen and dining area are just a few steps from the living room where you can prepare your favorite dishes for family and friends. Kitchen modern, fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a 4-seat island/bar with stainless steel appliances, stone tables, granite, and beautiful modern furniture such as stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. The main dining area is located next to the kitchen, providing seating for 10 with full appliances and a comfortable dining table.

Do you want a private room to relax with games such as billiards, air hockey, billiards..? We also have a game room for entertainment with seating, a private pool, and a hot tub, and next to the pool there is also a barbecue. This stylish, contemporary-designed villa offers comfortable, affordable accommodations with the added benefit of a west-facing private pool you’re guaranteed maximum sunshine here in Florida. The pool can be flooded with light and is fully furnished with pool furniture for patio dining and barbecues. The rear living area with a formal dining room features a bench providing ample space to relax. An insect screen covers the pool and patio. The swimming pool and hot tub can be heated for an extra charge.

After 16 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night.

Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45
– Heated pool: $45/day for the entire stay, if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

You feel the pool water is very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
