Entrance:
The house layout has a mission to bring you a feeling of relaxation as soon as you set foot in the house. A fully remodeled and furnished house is set up to make your vacation stay enjoyable while working or studying remotely. Enjoy multiple TVs with Hulu, and high-speed internet. Beautiful granite, two-tone paint, comfortable high-quality mattresses, new air conditioning, professionally decorated. Quality throughout. The entire home is fresh, clean, and ready to be your family’s luxurious retreat.

Living room
The main color design of white and gray gives you a new feeling as soon as you step into the living room. Sitting on the soft sofa watching your favorite program on the flat-screen TV under the house’s lights is a wonderful moment you can experience at this beautiful home with friends and family, also equipped with pillows on the sofa and a lamp. In addition, in the left corner of the living room, there is a workspace, a private space for you to work comfortably.

Kitchen/dining room:
Adjacent to the living room is a complete and fully equipped modern kitchen featuring granite countertops, double stainless sinks, stainless appliances, and kitchen tiles. The refrigerator is a large-capacity model. There are tools such as Toaster, Coffee maker, Cooking basics, Dishwasher, Stove, and Ice maker, so you can quickly cook your favorite dishes here. There’s a 4-seater breakfast bar and a dining area next to the kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 people, where you can eat while watching the activity outside the pool. The kitchen table can easily seat 8 people and fits in our modern decor.

Bedrooms:
With five bedrooms there is a crib, there’s more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night’s sleep from the day’s activities. On the first floor is 1 king-size master bedroom with an en-suite shower and tub; windows bring natural light into the room; simple design but gives you a deep impression and a new feeling. The remaining four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Two King-size bedrooms are master bedrooms with an internal bathroom, shower, and tub, The Queen-size, and two full-size beds are fully equipped with flat-screen TVs, pillows, and night lights and are designed in white and gray as the primary color of the house. Windows and high-end ceiling fans. All beds have plush linens, down comforters, and premium mattresses.

Game room & pool:
The house has its game room so you can relax and entertain right at home after long days of outdoor activities. The large game room has a smart flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a comfortable sofa set, and a few pillows. There are games like billiards and legend ultimate. Suitable for families with children, imagine when you are cooking or relaxing outside by the pool, this game room is where the children play together. A beautiful lanai with a glittering pool, the fun never stops here. There is also an outside dining area.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.
After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.

After 12 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night.
Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– BBQ grill : $45 for cleaning fee ( gas self catering)
– Heated pool: $45/day for the entire stay if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum)The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.
You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
