– Direct access to deep sea Mexico Gulf in less than 5 minutes with private boat docks. Crabs trap is on the side of the dock, Just need raw chicken baits. A lot of fish and crabs, enjoy your hunt!

Other things to note
– We are not refilling the propane tank so if you plan to BBQ you may have to bring the propane tank to exchange.
-The property can accommodate docking for 2 boats, both under 22’. However, please note that the lift cannot be used.
