– Open Living and Dining Areas: The open floor plan creates a welcoming space for entertaining, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There are 2 TVs in the house, one in the living room, one inside the bedroom

– We are not refilling the propane tank so if you plan to BBQ you may have to bring the propane tank to exchange.
-The property can accommodate docking for 2 boats, both under 22’. However, please note that the lift cannot be used.
