– Extra fee for resort amenities. If you want to use the community pool, it costs $107.50 per day.
– Sign guest agreement before check in
– Before you check-in, we will send you a guest agreement. you have to sign it before you arrive.
We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.
We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
