The villa’s owner greets guests by always decorating the most beautiful flower pots, providing guests with a luxurious space close to nature.

Enter the entrance. You immerse yourself in a modern style and bright space with carefully selected paint colors and lights. You feel comfortable and fresh, which makes you feel like a “home away from home.” Your kids will enjoy a dream come true of Captain America, Star Wars, and Frozen bedrooms. We have seven bedrooms and 6.5 baths, including ten beds with king bed size, queen bed size, and complete/twin beds that can host your whole family.
You can cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meals with your loved one in the beautiful dining room. After a full day at the park, you can relax by the private pool and chill with your friends. Remember the game room upstairs with air hockey and a pool table. How about a movie night with your family downstairs with comfortable sofas and large screen TV?
The modern style, professionally decorated vacation home is located in a gated Resort, Kissimmee Florida, which has a water park, heated pool, and luxury clubhouse.

The attractions near the Resort are Disney’s Blizzard Beach and Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Many restaurants like Sakura, Bahama Breeze, and Solstice Bar & Grille exist. Of course, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Disney World are the main ones. Cocoa beach is within one hour drive.

It’s near many upscale shopping malls, outlet centers, gift stores, and trendy boutiques. South of Orlando and closest to your vacation rental, you’ll find: The Loop & The Loop West, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, Pointe Orlando, The Florida Mall, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, The Mall at Millenia, and the Orlando International Premium Outlets.

All resort amenities are included in the booking.

We have a network of properties in Resorts such as Windsor Hills, Windsor At Westside, Storey Lake, Terra Verde Resort, Soltera Resort, Solara Resort, Tuscan Hill, Chelsea Park at West Haven, Paradise Palms Resort, and more. You love them and are excited to enjoy your time there, but what if, unfortunately, you lose a house that you just couldn’t book in time?
We understand that very well and have organized a house system in the same resort. You can enjoy your time in the house you love, in the same resort, you would like to stay, or even rent another house in the same resort for your big group. It’s so amazing.
In general, you have many choices in your hands.
After 14 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night.
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.
Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
– Heated pool: $45/day for the full stay if booked in advance/before your stay. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.
– 6 cars maximum 3 cars in the house 3 cars in the park
The pool water will be chilly in the morning during cold nights until possibly early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool into a hot tub, but it will keep the water warm and usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heating fee is not refundable.

We have quiet hours from 9 PM – 9 AM.
– Before you check-in, we will send you a guest agreement. you have to sign it before you arrive.
We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
