The whole family will get a comfortable night’s sleep across the nine spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV, comfy mattresses, and high-quality clean sheets. There are six full bathrooms plus an additional half bath. Each bathroom has a starter supply of toiletries and fresh towels.

As the designated chef of your group cooks, you can keep them company from the comfort of the sofa. The large living room is situated just across from the kitchen and features an oversized comfy couch and a flat-screen smart TV. If your group needs help deciding what to watch, there is another lounge area upstairs with an additional TV and seating area.

A pool table off the main living room is perfect for a vacation tournament or working on your aim as you wait for dinner.

The stunning outdoor space is perfect for working on your tan or relaxing after a long day of exploring the parks. Grab a cold beverage and lie back on the sun loungers, relax in the shade with a good book, or have a soak in the hot tub. There’s also a grill and outdoor dining table.

This area is screened in, so you can enjoy the warm Florida sunshine without all the bugs!

Guest Access:
The Villa has a greeting guest with a bottle of wine is the perfect way to let guests welcome the holiday gathering.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and the resort amenities (listed above). All resort amenities are included in the booking.
– 6 cars maximum 3 cars in the house 3 cars in the park

After 24 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night.
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
– Heated pool: $45/day for the full length of stay if booked in advance/before your stay. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
