Upon entering this luxurious residence, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and spacious interior. The main living room is filled with natural light and features a 65″ smart flat-screen TV. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, providing ample space for your entire group. The modern living area offers both comfort and space for family and friends to gather and relax. An additional Beauty and the Beast-themed living area upstairs is perfect for kids, equipped with free WiFi. There’s also a loft space with a 55″ TV and a wraparound couch, ideal for lounging after a busy day.

Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a grill, oven, large refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, wine glasses, dishwasher, hot water kettle, trash compactor, and garbage disposal. For added convenience, a toaster oven and coffee maker are provided. Granite countertops, cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances give the kitchen a luxurious touch. There are bar stools for seating up to 4.

Bedrooms:
This home features 6 bedrooms in total, including one with a crib. Each room is adorned with vibrant colors that will inspire you to start each day with enthusiasm. On the ground floor, there’s a master suite with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and direct pool access. The other five bedrooms are located upstairs. The second and third bedrooms have king-size beds, each with an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fifth and sixth bedrooms have twin beds. For Disney fans, there are Avengers-themed rooms with double and single beds that will delight young boys, while the Cinderella-themed room with its pink sheets, glitter walls, and pink curtains will enchant little girls. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with high-quality items, including towels, bedding, and housewares.

Outdoor Space:
The villa is designed for comfortable and affordable accommodation, complete with a south-facing private pool that guarantees maximum sunshine in sunny Florida. The pool can be illuminated, and a full array of pool furniture is available for al fresco dining on the lanai, along with a barbecue. The back living area features formal dining and sofas, along with a football table game, providing ample relaxation space. An insect screen covers the pool and patio. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional fee.
