Be ready to relax and have fun at the luxury Solterra Resort. It is a gated resort with fantastic amenities, about 20 minutes away from Disney World, Sead Wolrd, and Universal Studio . You can spend all day with our vast resort-style pool with a water slide and zero entry on one end. Sip the cocktail at the poolside tiki bar and grill, or float around the lazy river on a tube to make your vacation truly enjoyable. Our fitness center or our tennis court t keeps you in good shape.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. You will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, you will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. You will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

Slide Rules:

The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must go down slide feet first. No tandem riding. Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate moving forward.

The Solterra Resort Club offers residents a world-class recreation center right in the community. Towing Is Strictly Enforced
Overnight Street Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, marked with 2 white lines. Only registered guests may park overnight; limit of 5 per house.
Vehicles improperly parked in a space marked for another unit are subject to immediate towing by the owner.
There is NO parking allowed on the grass or common areas or any lot. Sidewalks and aprons must not be blocked.
Commercial vehicles, RVs, Trailers, ATVs, Motorcycles, Jet-Skis, and Boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.

All resort amenities are included in the booking.

We have a network of properties in Resorts such as Windsor Hills, Windsor At Westside, Storey Lake, Terra Verde Resort, Soltera Resort, Solara Resort, Tuscan Hill, Chelsea Park at West Haven, Paradise Palms Resort, and more. You love them and are excited to enjoy your time there, but what if, unfortunately, you lose a house that you just couldn’t book in time?

We understand that very well and have organized a house system in the same resort. You can enjoy your time, in the home you love, in the same lodge you would like to stay in, or even rent another house in the same resort for your big group.

After 12 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.
Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45 (The propane and gas tank will be self-catering).
– Heated pool: $45/day for the full length of stay, if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
