The dining and living areas offer plenty of room for gatherings and meals, and the bright, airy kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you’d expect in your own home. This modern, fully-equipped kitchen showcases beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The large center island, which seats four, makes meal preparation a breeze. A separate dining area accommodates eight more guests at a contemporary table, offering views of the pool and Lanai.

Bedrooms:
With king-sized suites and a bathtub on the ground floor, this home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. On the second floor, you’ll find three queen-sized bedrooms and a bathroom, along with a toy-themed bedroom featuring a full bunk and a twin bed. Another bedroom includes two full beds, two twin beds, a children’s corner, and a bathroom with a connecting door. One of these bedrooms even has a crib, making it perfect for families. There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of adventures or simply enjoying quality time indoors.

Outdoor Space:
For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available. The villa boasts one of the finest lake views, with a pool that basks in the sunlight and overlooks the serene lake and its wildlife. The pool area features evening lighting, while a tranquil forest with various bird species is just a few yards away by the lake. The outdoor dining area includes a patio table, six chairs, and four full-length loungers with padded cushions. Additionally, there’s a covered lanai adjacent to the pool, ideal for outdoor dining or seeking shade. It’s a truly beautiful setting, perfect for both fun and relaxation.

Please note that pool water may feel chilly during cold mornings and early afternoons. The pool heat maintains a warm, usable water temperature but does not turn it into a hot tub. Desired temperatures may not be achieved in very cold weather. Requests require 48-hour advance notice, and pool heat fees are non-refundable.
Before check-in, we will send you a guest agreement that must be signed prior to your arrival. We are thrilled to host your upcoming stay. The house includes a refundable security deposit, which will be returned upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

Please be aware that there is a security camera in front of the house, and it’s essential not to obstruct it. Covering the camera will result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund. Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.
