You will feel it the moment you pass the entry door to this beautiful villa. A sense of peace and harmony with gray and white house tones. Pleasing street-scapes are lined with green trees, giving shade as well as a taste of Florida’s natural beauty.

Spacious living room with a soft sofa and flat-screen TV helps you have comfortable relaxing moments with family and friends. From the living room you can see through the glass door to the outdoor dining space. It can be understood that, pulling across the glass door where the living room comes out is the outdoor dining space, or you can even watch TV in the living room while observing the activities of the children outside the house. The main color tone of this place is white and gray with light designed to create a warm space like being in your own home but still not lacking in the feeling of experiencing newness.

Kitchen Dining room
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is just a few steps away from the living room, Not only the living room, but the kitchen is also decorated with very cozy lights, where you can cook your favorite dishes with full equipment, Luxury kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone table, granite, island and beautiful modern furniture such as stove, grill, refrigerator, kettle, built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, handle . We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.
Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– Heated pool: $45/day for the full length of stay if booked in advance/before your stay. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.
You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
