As you approach, the trees provide natural shade and a sense of peace, making you feel like you are entering a retreat immersed in nature, setting the tone for a peaceful and tranquil paradise. Entering the house is the living room area with a comfortable gray sofa with a few pillows on top, opposite the TV. This space is comfortable so you can enjoy your favorite shows at home. We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit of $399. We will send you the invoice through your email and you can make a payment there.
The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.

– Heated pool: $45/day for the entire stay, if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).
– BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45
You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.
