The villa’s owner greets guests by always decorating the most beautiful flower pots, providing guests with a luxurious space close to nature. Our 6-bedroom, 5-bath villa has everything you need to enjoy during your getaway.

The villa has a luxurious main floor with New Latest 3D wall design ideas gathering places, a new chandelier in the living room, new flowers decorating and a new sofa with cute Squishmalow – where you can host a large group of friends and family. On the main floor there is a relaxing living room with a large screen HDTV, and DVD/VHS player. The great room features a large 75-inch wall-mounted LED TV with access to a Netflix account. LED and party light for the cinema lounge, perfect for an evening movie with new wall art, birds decorated. A powerful at-home theater sound bar provides the ideal sound for movie nights, and the comfortable sofa offers enough space for the whole family. The entire upper floor has new carpeting, making it a generally warmer place. Carpeting is lavish for those who like to walk barefoot around the house. Instead of having cold feet or constantly needing to put on some thick slippers, you can enjoy walking on a warm, plush carpet. This home has 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with single beds. Generous bedrooms with the home each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen, new curtain, new bedding quilt; sheet, new tray decorative, flat screen TV’s, access to adjoining ensuite bathrooms and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The walls in the bedrooms are repainted, the walls are increased with vitality, vibrancy and warmth with new wall art. You’ll get a taste of magic before you even hit the parks.

All resort amenities are included in the booking. We have a network of properties in Resorts such as Windsor Hills, Windsor At Westside, Storey Lake, Terra Verde Resort, Solterra Resort, Solara Resort, Tuscan Hill, Chelsea Park at West Haven, Paradise Palms Resort, and more.

You love them and are excited to enjoy your time there, but what if, unfortunately, you lose a house that you just couldn’t book in time? We understand that very well and have organized a house system in the same resort. You can enjoy your time in the house you love; you would like to stay, or even rent another place in the same resort for your big group. It’s so amazing. In general, you have many choices in your hands.

All resort amenities are included in the booking.

After 14 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night.
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
– Heated pool: $45/day for the entire stay if booked in advance/before your visit. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum)The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

Before you check-in, we will send you a guest agreement. you have to sign it before you arrive.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.
We have security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera . We have to cancel your stay if you cover ring camera and we won’t refund.
