A spacious dining room, professionally decorated, sets the stage for memorable meals.

Upstairs, each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub, and a separate shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The villa’s highlight is its entertainment offerings, including an air-conditioned game room equipped with a foosball/air hockey table, Nintendo games, and a pool table, ensuring endless fun for everyone.

Step outside to discover a serene outdoor area with a table, six chairs, an outdoor sofa, and a private heated pool and spa, all set against a backdrop of lush trees and open green space.

Located just two miles from Walt Disney World, the villa offers quick and easy access to the parks, allowing you to enjoy morning adventures and return for a refreshing dip in the pool before heading back for evening festivities. The resort’s proximity to top Orlando attractions like Sea World, Universal, and championship golf courses, including the nearby Mystic Dunes, makes it an ideal base for exploring the area.

This villa accommodates up to 14 guests, with a standard occupancy of 12 (additional guests are charged $25 per person, per night). Three parking spaces are available, and extra vehicles can be parked at a nearby shopping center. Enjoy all resort amenities included in your booking.

Please note, there’s an option for early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability) at $50/hour. If you require heated pool facilities, it’s available at $45/day (minimum four days) if booked in advance. The pool heating is not refundable and may not reach desired temperatures in cold weather.
