This beautiful Orlando vacation home is located in Windsor Hills Resort, a vacation home resort with a clubhouse, water slide, and poolside. Driving takes only 10 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal, 30 minutes to the Universal Drive Outlet Malls, and 5 minutes to Champions Gate, Reunion, and other golf courses. For great shopping, the new Posner Park is within 9 miles; of JCPenney, Target, Staples, Best Buy, Michaels, and various restaurants.

Living room:
Our spacious, privately owned home is equipped & furnished to a very high standard. With two separate living areas, an open-plan relaxing lounge with sofas leads into a dining room. Relax on the large, comfortable sectional sofa and watch your favorite programs on a large flat-screen TV. Large patio doors lead to the pool, access to which is fitted with a child safety alarm. You have easy access to the pool area from the sliding glass doors of the living room, so you can watch the action outside and take in your favorite show inside.

Kitchen:
The beautiful white kitchen, with table seating for up to 6 people, has all the gadgets and appliances you could need. A round dinner table allows seating for 4. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, freezer, and microwave. It has all you need for in-home dining: a blender, coffee maker, and various bakeware, flatware, utensils, and dinnerware.

Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms, a king-size bed, dresser, bedside table, chair, cable TV, USB charger outlets, bathroom with granite countertop & twin washbasins, and spacious closets. Two further bedrooms, each with single beds, spacious closets, drawer units, and chairs, are adjacent to a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have laminate floor area rugs, radio alarms, and dimmable table lamps. Linen and towels are supplied, including pool towels.

Along with all facilities at the villa, there are amenities for the use of our guests at the new Clubhouse at Windsor Hills. It has quality, brand-new facilities including an extra-large pool with a sloped entry and slide, a fully equipped gym, a lounge bar, and an outdoor lounge with a TV and fireplace. There are also tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a children’s play park.

1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Pool/spa heat is an additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. If you would like us to have all child gates installed, notify us when booking the home.
5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
6. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
7.This will be a self-catering house.
8. The damage deposit is $499 to ensure there is no damage during your stay. Whenever you check out and don’t cause any damage, we will proceed with the refund after 3 days, and you will receive it within 5 to 7 business days.
After 12 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
