With its unique marine concept decoration, the villa appeals to everyone and is especially suited to you who have always lived a minimalist lifestyle. The decoration is simple, but the furniture in the house is extravagant. If you’re traveling with little ones, we have you covered. Your villa has everything from strollers to playpens to cribs & high chairs. Older kids have their choice of two designed bedrooms: the Starfish bring some ocean air into the room with a double and single bed, and the boys’ room is decorated with numerous vivid images and bedding sets from the famous Hollywood film “The Transformer.”, which are whimsically decorated, and each furnished with two double-size bed sets and a single bed. The room is decorated with Kitty, the famous cat, and sweet pink tones that will captivate the little girls and consists of two single beds. For such a professional kitchen, there’s a fridge, microwave, kettle, oven, and coffee maker. With pre-equipped loungers, child safety barriers, and your privacy, the pool is better than ever. Have you ever won a game of pool in the game room? It will undoubtedly be fantastic! The house uses cold tones upstairs with new wood flooring, which, combined with minimalist decoration, makes it ideal for a gentle and comfortable stay. The villa is located in the resort, one of the most popular resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
It features an extraordinary 10,000 square footage, clubhouse, lake & pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, a sundry shop, and a video arcade. The ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World® theme parks via toll road 429. Also, close by are many dining and shopping options. The resort includes single-family pool homes in addition to townhomes ranging in size from 4 bedrooms to 9 bedrooms. It is never late to come with us!

We have a network of properties in Resorts such as Windsor Hills, Windsor At Westside, Storey Lake, Terra Verde Resort, Soltera Resort, Solara Resort, Tuscan Hill, Chelsea Park at West Haven, Paradise Palms Resort, and more. You love them and are excited to enjoy your time there, but what if, unfortunately, you lose a house that you just couldn’t book in time?

We understand that very well and have organized a house system in the same resort. You can enjoy your time in the house you love. You would like to stay at, or even rent another place in the same resort for your big group. It’s so amazing.

– Sign guest agreement before check-in
After 14 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night.
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45 (The propane and gas tank will be self-catering)
– Heated pool: $45/day for the entire stay if booked in advance/before your visit. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

The pool water will be chilly in the morning during cold nights until possibly early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool into a hot tub, but it will keep the water warm and usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heating fee is not refundable.

— Before you check-in, we will send you a guest agreement. you have to sign it before you arrive.
We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn’t cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
