The smart-looking kitchen overlooks the living room area and boasts stainless steel appliances. It comes fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find fantastic views of the pool and surrounding trees through the giant sliding doors. The dining area features seating for 4 at a modern round table and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar area. Luxury wood flooring throughout the kitchen and dining room enhances the overall appeal.

Bedrooms:
The King size bed in the master bedroom ensures a super comfy night’s sleep, with a luxurious mattress. It comes with matching bedside furniture, a large dresser, lamps, Cable TV, and a spacious closet. The master bathroom features luxury wood flooring and includes a shower, WC, and hand basin. There are also two Queen bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and shower. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. All bedrooms are equipped with their TV, and the house includes in-unit laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi internet.

The screened lanai is packed with entertainment options for the whole family, including pool toys, yard games, and a grill for BBQ nights. After a busy day at the theme parks, you can relax in your private pool. The lanai offers shade to escape the scorching sun, and there’s an extended pool deck area with two loungers for sunbathing. The south-facing swimming pool is heated, ensuring you can enjoy it in summer and winter. It also features privacy screens and safety netting. Please note that the pool heat is not refundable.

To welcome you, we’ll provide a complimentary bottle of wine rated at 90+ points. We are thrilled to host your upcoming stay at our house. After booking, we will send you a link to complete the reservation, and the door code will be provided a day before your arrival. Rest assured, the security deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there is no damage to the house.
