The entrance:
Pool home with just over 2800 Square Feet and fully furnished! This two-story home has an Owner’s Suite downstairs and one upstairs. This home is set up for entertaining with Formal Dining, Kitchen, and Family Room. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, a large island, and solid dark wood cabinets.

Living room:

The open living space allows for easy conversation between the kitchen, living, dining and even into the outdoor area. Living area has a calm decoration, it offers ample modern seating, a TV, and an eye-catching colors accent wall.

Kitchen and dining room:
The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you would need to whip up meals for a large group! What leisurely vacation would be complete without a toaster, blender, and coffee maker to start the day. And why not wind down with your day at the HEATED POOL with wine ware, marg glasses and the same blender – all available for your convenience. The kitchen island with 3 barstools is ideal for extra prep space or a gathering area for drinks and lite bites. Steps away, enjoy more formal meals at the dining table for 8.

Bedrooms:
Upstairs you will find a second owner’s suite with an en-suite bathroom, three additional bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. This home also has plenty of storage with other under stairwell storage, a closet upstairs, and an inside laundry closet. Our beds have very comfortable mattresses and pillows to help you relax after a day at the theme parks. We also provide linens and towels for your convenience.The bathrooms are equipped with amenities for your personal use.

Outdoor space:
Just through the sliding glass doors in the family room, everyone will love being poolside and taking in the sun or soaking in the hot tub! Enjoy a private heated pool within the screened-in patio. The outside area features pavers so the space is maintenance and is always well-manicured to protect for those enjoying a relaxing afternoon chatting at the dining table.
Ready for more fun? When it comes to those with a competitive side, everyone has their game of choice! Some like classic Billiards while others prefer to duke it out on the air hockey table.Let’s head upstairs, where an additional loft area is set up with a projection screen perfect for movie night.

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, pool with water slide, cabanas, pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, while parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe. Solterra resort is located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

You have to pay resort amenities. It is about $35 at the clubhouse
After 10 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night..
We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

Extra charge if you’d like to use:
– BBQ grill: $45 for cleaning fee. The gas is self catering
– Heated pool: $45/day for the entire stay if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn’t cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won’t refund.
